In Bois Imperial by Essential Parfums, freshly crushed and spicy Thai basil leaves meet the tangy, peppery and grapefruit-like facets of Nepalese timut pepper. A brilliant combination that contrasts perfectly with the bold woody signature of the fragrance. Green, rich and earthy Haitian vetiver oil meets cedarwood and is illuminated by the refined florality of petalia. Majestic Akigalawood is the flagship of the fragrance. This exclusive, natural ingredient is recycled from patchouli using a biotechnological process. Its unique spicy-woody character is enhanced by a rich Indonesian patchouli oil and a powerful, lingering note of Ambrofix.

About Quentin Bisch - Senior Perfumer:
A one-month internship in Grasse was all Quentin Bisch needed to find his true calling and dedicate the next few years to the study of fragrance composition. Quentin creates perfumes in the same way that one stages a theatre performance, with strong ideas, careful embellishments and surprising effects. He was awarded Best Perfumer of the Year 2020 and signed fragrances for Jean Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, Saint Laurent, Azzaro, Mugler, Chloe, Ex Nihilo, Etat Libre d'Orange.
