Description
The Cooling Balancing Oil Concentrate Rollerball by Aveda is a must-have for the warmer months of the year. It freshens up the skin on hot days thanks to the inclusion of peppermint and blue chamomile obtained from certified organic farming. At the same time, the innovative formula relieves tension. It is based on Ayurvedic healing teachings and uses 100% natural ingredients to cool and balance the fire element within the body.
Application:
- Apply to both wrists.
- Apply to the temples and neck to relieve tension, massaging the oil into the skin with the fingertips (clockwise).
- Apply the product to the upper part of the shoulders and gently massage.
- Incorporate the oil into a foot bath or massage the oil gently onto the soles of the feet using circular motions before going to bed.
- Apply to tired muscles after a sporting activity.
- Massage the oil onto the temples when taking short breaks during a long car journey.
- Before take-off and during the flight, apply the oil to the wrists and inhale the aroma (count to 4) and exhale (count to 6). Repeat.
- Massage the oil onto the points of tension in a targeted manner.
