Material: Medical glass and rubber

Preparation:

• Remove the make-up and gently pat the skin dry.
• Massage the face lightly with your hands to relieve minor tension.
• Apply facial oil to facilitate gliding.

Application - Face:

• Start by placing a small cup on the chin and around the mouth. Leave the cup in place for a few seconds and then move on to a new area.
• Swap the small cup for a larger one if necessary, e.g. on the forehead. Follow the massage lines - from the centre of the face or decollete to the sides, preferably in an upward motion.
• Leave the suction cups in place for a few seconds and then move on to a new area.

Application - Body:

• Allow the cup to linger on 1 area before moving it upwards.
• Always work it in upward movements.

Tip:

• Recommended use: 1 - 2 times a week for 10 minutes.
• Continue with your beauty routine afterwards. Cupping increases the absorption of nutrients found in skincare products.
