Gua Sha has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine to shape and firm facial features and relieve feelings of tension on the face and body. The handmade White Jade Gua Sha by B.Well Garden is shaped in such a way that it can be optimally used on larger areas, but also on smaller areas, such as the eyes, laugh lines, cheekbones or the jaw. With the right technique, the stone provides a revitalising circulation effect and makes your skin appear visibly firmer and tighter.

Preparation:
- Remove make-up and gently pat the skin dry.
- Massage the face lightly with your hands to relieve any tension.
- Apply a facial oil to facilitate gliding the gua sha on the skin.
Application:
- Start with slow strokes from the centre of the chest to the sides to loosen up.
- Stroke down the neck with light pressure.
- With a little more pressure, but still gently, stroke upwards and to the sides of the face, eyes and forehead.
