The Witch Hazel & Lavender Toner by Mario Badescu cares for stressed skin in particular with the soothing properties of witch hazel. The mild formula is supported by aloe and lavender, which have a gentle cleansing effect. Without disturbing the natural moisture level, the toner manages to restore a wonderfully fresh glow.
Application:
- Apply to the skin with a cotton pad twice a day after cleansing.
- Wipe over the face in sweeping, outward movements, avoiding the eye area.
Note: Rinse thoroughly with water if in contact with the eyes.
