Elly Plant-Based Top & Base Coat by OZN is a plant-based base and top coat that dries quickly.
As a base coat, it offers the perfect basis for every manicure and helps to make applying the nail polish easier. At the same time, it ensures longer wearability. The consistency ensures a smoother surface by balancing out grooves and unevenness. In addition, the nail polish prevents the colour from chipping and discolouration.
As a top coat, it protects the colour whilst providing a glossy finish.

Application:

• File the nails and remove any oily residues.
• Do not use hand cream or other nourishing products before applying nail polish.
• Apply a thin layer of top and base coat evenly and allow it to dry completely.
• Then, apply the nail varnish and let it dry.
• Finally, paint over the nails once more using the base and top coat.
